BRAINADVIZOR inc. (“BRAINADVIZOR” or “we”) acknowledges how important your privacy is and we are committed to protecting your data while providing a safe and secure user experience on our BRAINADVIZOR Website.

This Privacy Policy deals with the collection, confidentiality and security of visitor and customer information on our website, such as email addresses and browsing activity.

We have not made any significant changes to the way we collect and process data about our users, since we were already compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on May 25, 2018. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the BRAINADVIZOR Terms & Conditions, and applies to the use of BRAINADVIZOR.COM website and content including BRAINADVIZOR’s General Visitor Use (“Visitor”), BRAINADVIZOR’s content, products and services (“Products & Services”) and BRAINADVIZOR’s Membership services (“Member”). For example: If you visit our website and download a free BRAINADVIZOR Tool, then we may do three things; connect with you via email or phone with an offer to discuss this tool in more detail, send your our monthly BrainAdvizor newsletter (with free tips and tricks), store your basic provided information with our client records to facilitate your online experience should you decide to enroll in our Masterclass
Membership program at a later date, or purchase any products and services with us. 
 
If you enroll with us you will access your programs and courses inside our site, which is a password protected online training platform. In addition to training materials, this platform uses ZOOM which also includes a community chat forum such as ZOOM chat which can be recorded and stored. Any time this is done, we will remind all participants on ZOOM that a recording will commence, and participation in the ZOOM experience implies consent. 
You can choose to provide profile information like a photo, website link, social media profiles, or other data in our forum. Your Profile Data will be viewable by other enrolled participants and trainers and will not be shared publicly by BRAINADVIZOR Inc..
 
Course data
We record your exchanges with instructors and other students via the ZOOM chat forum; any feedback, answers to questions, audio or video recordings and other items submitted online to us to satisfy course requirements. We may also use Google forms to capture any of the above data because of its highly secure data protection standards as per Google Business Suite. 

For BRAINADVIZOR Course Participants and Members, we may use “persistent cookies”, to remember that you’re logged in and to save your login information for future logins to BRAINADVIZOR. For BRAINADVIZOR Course Participants and Members we may also use “session ID cookies”, to enable certain features of BRAINADVIZOR, to better understand how you interact on the website and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing. 


Communications and Support

If you contact us for support via our website or LiveChat presence or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, location, operating system, IP address, and any other data you provide. We use this data to respond to you and research your question or concern, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

1 on 1 Coaching service data

When you become a client of our coaching service we may record your exchanges with coaches via the ZOOM as an add-on service offering. All recordings are stored in Google Business Suite Drive because of its highly secure data protection standards. Any intake information, session feedback, answers to questions, audio or video recordings or other coaching service related items may be submitted online to us to improve the client coaching experience. We use Google forms to capture any of the above data because of its highly secure data protection standards as per Google Business Suite. 

 

Automated Data

Like the majority of successful online websites, when you access our Products, Services and Membership offerings (including browsing tools and courses), we also collect certain data by automated means, including:

System Data

We collect technical data about your computer or device, like your IP address, device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, browser, browser language, domain and other systems data, and platform types.

Usage data

We collect usage data both in our Learnsite and on our public site. This data includes usage statistics about your interactions with us, including time spent on pages, pages visited, time spent in the Learnsite, features used, your search queries, click data and date and time data.

Approximate Geographic Data

We collect your approximate geographic location, including information like country, city, and geographic coordinates, calculated based on your IP address.

Social Media Logon

Browsing Data  

We store the information you provide us in the following  3rd party databases – Capsule CRM, Mailchimp, and Bookeo. We use this data to develop the quality of our services and communication, ensuring we are offering the right service to the right people.


Student and Graduate Data  

We store student records in the following  3rd party databases – WordPress, Freshdesk, and  Accredible. We use this data to provide a quality service to our students and graduates, to monitor quality and completion rates and to comply with ICF Accreditation guidelines.


Payment Data

Our purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Consent
When you provide us with personal information to download a resource, complete a transaction or verify your credit card, we collect and use it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (i.e. newsletter subscription), we will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.

With respect to our Mailchimp newsletter offering you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link which is offered at the bottom of every email we send. You may also withdraw your consent anytime, by contacting us using our contact us page.
